Pasta with Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce- Recipe

Pasta paired with a creamy and slightly pungent Gorgonzola sauce, this dish is easy and delicious! Serve this pasta with a juicy steak and glass of red wine.

    1 Package Pasta

    Pasta Rock

    ⅔ cup Heavy Cream

    6 oz Gorgonzola

    2 tsp Feta & Herb Dipper

    1 tsp White Pepper Grinder

    2 tsp Sweet Basil Balsamic Vinegar

    Instructions: 

    1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil over high heat. Season with 1 pasta rock according to package directions. Add pasta and cook to package directions. Cover pasta and set aside.

    2. In a large saucepan over high heat bring heavy cream to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat to lo and add Gorgonzola, dipper, and pepper.

    3. Once pasta cooked Al Dante,( 1/2 cooked) use tongs and place pasta in saucepan to took with sauce till creamy and pasta at your desired texture
