Easy Red Pepper Jelly- Recipe

 This recipe is perfectly sweet with a touch of heat that gives it a wonderful depth of flavor. Use this jam on toast and English muffins, top your favorite cheeses, or slather on ribs and burgers. There’s endless possibilities with this spicy sweet jam.


  • 3 Large Red Bell Peppers, deseeded and chopped

  • ⅓ Cup Pineapple Juice

  • ⅓ Cup Sugar

  • ⅓ Cup Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar

  • ½ tsp  Sea Salt


  1. In a food processor or high speed blender pulse bell peppers and pineapple juice until finely chopped.

  2. In a medium saucepan over high heat add the bell peppers mixture, sugar, and vinegar. Bring to a boil then turn down heat to medium, stir continuously for 20-30 minutes until jam has thickened to desired consistency.

  3. Finish with sea salt. Once cooled completely store in an airtight container in the fridge.
