Chick Pea Hummus- Recipe
Hummus is a delicious spread or dip made from chickpeas, tahini (Nut Butter), lemon, and spices. It’s commonly eaten in the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Let me show you how!
1- can chick peas
2 tbsp Caramelized Garlic Olive Oil
1/4 chopped fresh Parsley
2 tbsp. Meyer Lemon Balsamic or 2 tbsp squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup Nut Butter (Tahini, Walnut, Peanut, Sunflower)
1-2 tsp Cumin Sea Salt
1 tbsp. Egyptian Dukkah
Blend all together , add oil to get desired consistency. Top with Salt & Dukkah
Optional: Add roasted garlic, peppers, olives etc.
