Brovelli Olive Oil White Bread - Recipe

14.3 oz. Flour

Tangzhou -1/4 c flour & 1/4 c milk

 1 cup- Milk

3.5 tbsp.Olive Oil

3.5 tbsp. sugar

1.5 tsp salt

1 packet of dried yeast (1.5 tsp )

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix tangzhou & heat tin microwave at 15 sec. intervals till thick and pasty/

Heat milk until warm, take out and add yeast . rest for 5 min.

Add all ingredients except salt. Mix till shaggy dough forms .Let rest one hour, covered.

Then , Kneed  by machine at lo speed 5 min, rest 15 then kneed 5 at med. speed.

If by hand 10 min kneed, rest 15 min, kneed 10 min.

Place in oiled bowl, cover and rest for 2 hr.

Punch down and shape into log same shape as pan ( ours was 8 x 4 )

Set oven 400 degrees and let loaf rest for 40 mins before baking

Then, lightly brush top of loaf and  bake 30 min
