Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Mixed Nuts, unsalted
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (Wild Rosemary or Tuscan Herb)

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a ziploc bag, combine mixed nuts, olive oil and truffle salt. Shake to coat.
  3. Transfer nuts to the prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
  4. Bake nuts in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
