Black Truffle Hash- Recipe
1 tsp. Rainbow Peppercorn grinder
4 c. cubed russet potatoes
1 tbsp. Barrel Aged Balsamic
1 tbsp. Wild garlic herb blend
1.5 tbsp. Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
2 c. chopped pastrami or corned beef
1 shallot, minced
2-3 fried eggs( optional)
In large skill on Med- hi heat, stir in potatoes. toss until crisp, 6-7 min.
Stir in shallot, Meat, balsamic, olive oil, cook 3 min. or till shallots translucent.
Season with salt & pepper. Top of with eggs, parsley.
